We offer free standard shipping on all bike orders within the continental US. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days once the order has been processed.
Does the bike come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step guide.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer to be eligible for a full refund, minus shipping fees.
Do you offer a warranty on the motor and battery?
Yes, all AffordableEbikes come with a 1-year comprehensive warranty covering the motor, battery, and frame against manufacturing defects.
